Design Feature
Coosai Slurry knife gate valve with double acting pneumatic actuator ,Seat of soft seal will use pressure to make disc tightest in order to achieve the best sealing effect. When disc is fully open, the 2 sealing seats connect closely and make valve seat complete seal, and medium can not enter into valve chamber through valve seat. In this way, it can significantly reduce the medium wash valve body and disc. Meanwhile, pressure sealed soft seal seat have good abrasive resistance and corrosion resistance, it can improve valve sealing effect and working time. And after valve is fully closed, disc can be removed conveniently (no need to disassemble the entire valve), and in this way, it will not affect the pipeline normal operating.

Working conditions: this valve is widely applied for soda ash, paper pulping, mining, etc. Pressure is usually under 150 Lb and temperature is within 150℃.

- Valve work principle:

1. The Slurry kinfe gate valve is a non-packing knife gate valve, which is sealed through the synthetic rubber sleeve in the valve chamber For easily worn parts of the valve, the knife ram can be removed on line for inspection or replacement.
2 Slurry kinfe gate valve is a two-way (two-way seal) product, installation without considering the flow direction of the medium. Valve position which direction has the same sealing effect. Therefore there is no flow indicator arrow or seat side finger on the valve Indicating arrow.
3. Slurry kinfe gate valve is only used as an on-off valve, which is not suitable for throttling conditions (the valve shall not be half-opened and half-closed).
4. All valves shall be used within the design pressure and design temperature range. If the working condition exceeds the maximum valve pressure
Or the highest temperature, all consequences by the user's own responsibility.

Coosai slurry knife gate valve uses 2 pieces design and pressure sealed soft seal seat. The bottom of disc is wedge design, and circle arc cross section can not only guarantee pressure sealed soft seat will not be damaged when valve close, but also can prevent medium entering into valve chamber during valve open-close.
